The prices available on this site are the best rates offered directly by our Guest House, without an intermediary.
Under no circumstances may the lessee exercise any right to remain in the premises after the expiry of the period initially provided for in this contract.
1: conclusion of contract:
The reservation becomes firm and definitive upon acceptance of the general conditions of sale of this contract or quotation and after payment of a deposit of 30% of the amount of the stay. The balance will be paid on site at the time of stay, payment can be made in cash, credit card Visa or Mastercard, immediate transfer with confirmation email or paylib. Cheques are not accepted.
The tourist tax 0,66€ per person and day is extra.
A payment on arrival will be required for guests who do not have a reservation.
The contract concluded between the parties to this act may not in any case benefit even partially third parties, natural or legal persons, unless agreed in writing by the agent. Any violation of this last paragraph would be likely to result in the immediate termination of the lease at the tenant’s fault, the rental proceeds remaining permanently acquired by the owner
2: no withdrawal:
For bookings made by mail, telephone or internet, the tenant does not benefit from the withdrawal period in accordance with article L.121-20-4 of the Consumer Code relating in particular to accommodation services provided at a specified date or frequency.
3: conditions for termination on the part of the tenant:
Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter:
Before the start of use: The deposit remains with the owner.
In case of no-show on the day mentioned on the contract, after a period of 24 hours and without notice to the owner, this contract is considered as terminated.
The deposit remains with the owner who will ask for the balance of the rental according to the cancellation conditions.
The owner may dispose of his rental.
In the case of a shortened stay, the full amount of the initially planned stay remains with the owner.
No refund will be made.
4: conditions for termination by the owner:
The landlord pays back to the tenant the totality of the sums paid.
5: arrival and settlement of the balance:
The tenant must report on the specified day and time mentioned in this contract. In case of late or delayed arrival, the tenant must notify the owner. The balance of the rental is paid on entering the premises.
6: use of premises:
The tenant uses the room in a peaceful manner and makes good use of it, in accordance with the destination of the premises.
Upon departure, the tenant undertakes to make the accommodation as clean as he has found it on arrival.
The rental may not benefit third parties.
The Trustee shall provide accommodation that conforms to its description and maintain it in a serviceable condition.
Pets are not allowed in the house. The property is completely non-smoking.
7: number of occupants:
The number of occupants may not exceed the capacity indicated on the contract.
If the number of occupants exceeds the capacity, the owner may refuse additional persons. Any modification or termination of the contract will be considered at the initiative of the client.
8: insurance:
The lessee is obliged to insure the room assigned or rented to him.
He must therefore check whether his main housing contract provides for the holiday extension (vacation rental). If this is not the case, it is advisable to ask the insurer.
The owner may require a certificate of insurance or, failing that, an affidavit.
9: disputes or claims:
If the complaint relates to the state of the premises or the descriptive state of the rental, it must be made in writing within seven days following arrival.
The landlord and the tenant must favour amicable settlement.
For other disputes, the lessee may apply to a representative body without time limit.
The renter is solely responsible for his personal effects. The owner disclaims all responsibility for the effects or objects left in the room.
